* Understanding of web development in Java
* Understanding of XML and related technologies (XSLT, Xpath)
* Be progressing toward a degree in Computer Science or related field
* Has tinkered with or built websites
* Knowledge of HTML

* Desire to learn and grow within a team of highly skilled developers
