Part-Time Customer Service Representative/Order Processing Staff Position - Ideal for College Students


A dynamic and growing Ecommerce Jewelry Company (Temple City, CA) has an immediate opening for a part-time customer service representative/order processing staff. Great part-time work opportunity in a young, friendly work environment!

You will need strong organizational and communication skills, good computer and English writing skills. Ideal candidate should possess great enthusiasm, and top-notch sales skills with the desire to provide quality customer service at all times.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Handle incoming and outbound customer calls
(product inquiries, order taking, order verification/tracking, etc.)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Process orders/returns via phone, fax and / or mail
- Process shipping labels using shipping software
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- General assistance with common office tasks

Job Skills / Requirements:

- High school or equivalent degree; Some college preferred
- 2+ years of customer service and/or call center experience
- Some Retail experience (Fashion/jewelry retailing a plus!)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
- A professional, confident and friendly phone demeanor
- Must be Internet savvy with computer

Compensation: $9.50 to $12.00/hour depending on experience; Will Train
Hours: minimum 12 - 25 Hours/week
Job location is Temple City, CA (San Gabriel Valley: near Alhambra, Pasadena, Arcadia, El Monte & Rosemead)
