Internship Opportunity with Apparel Start-Up (Berkeley)

Reply to: jobs@pactapparel.com

Interested in fashion? Environmental sustainability? Social justice? Come intern for a company that combines all three!

PACT Apparel is a direct-to-consumer premium underwear brand featuring designs connected to powerful social and environmental campaigns. Using this idea of cause-marketing, PACT is looking to expand the appeal and adoption of sustainable products focused on design excellence. We are looking for dedicated interns to research production, artists, non-profit organizations to partner with, and eco-boutiques to sell our product in.

Learn the ins and outs of the organic cotton apparel business while working in a laid-back office environment. Duties include internet research, placing calls to potential sellers, and general help around the office of a start-up fashion business. While there are no specific job requirements, it is essential that you be easy-going and willing to perform a variety of tasks. As we are a start-up, you can expect to be doing something different every day.

And, while we cannot offer compensation, we can offer a great line-item on your resume or grad school application! We also offer flexible hours and the ability to occasionally work from home. If you think you might be a good fit for this job, please email your resume and a short description of why you’d like to work for PACT to jobs@PACTapparel.com.

Compensation: Unpaid internship.
This is a part-time job.
