Passport Model Management is a full service high fashion model agency based in down town San Francisco booking the following divisions: Celebrity – Runway – Editorial – Commercial Print - Production and servicing clients locally, nationally and internationally. Currently we're looking for an individual that is an aspiring agent and would like to take this opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the industry, and what it takes to become a great model agent/booker.


Responsibilities:

• Directly assist agency director as needed

• Have an amazing eye for fashion and be able to follow pop culture and trends

• Maintain a fashionable appearance

• Maintain clerical duties around the office, answering phones, filing, handling mail-outs and maintaining both client and model databases

• Ability to research and extend agency information to prospective clients

• Scout prospective models to be represented by agency

• Participate in daily booking routines.

• Organize model photo shoots, edit film.

• Increase sales revenue/extensive client contact and development of new client business.

• Monthly reports on all areas of the department.

• Research new clients and follow up with current clients



Minimum Qualifications:

* Current and evolving sense of the industry

* Minimum of 20hrs a week commitment

* Good interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely

* Degree or studying the following majors: Fashion Marketing – Communications - Public Relations – Advertising - Marketing

* Able to multi-task under pressure and deadlines

* Familiar with PowerPoint / Microsoft Office / Photoshop

* Own a laptop with wireless capabilities

* Agency experience a plus but not necessary
