The Dreslyn is a Los Angeles based e-commerce site with a social-sales emphasis, focused, designer environment and next generation technology. We are seeking a summer Intern who is looking to build a career in fashion, work in a creative environment, develop industry relationships and collaborate on visual editorials. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who takes initiative and has a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
The Dreslyn Intern is responsible for assisting the Stylist and creative team by with all product photography, videos and editorial shoots.
• Will assist the Stylist in preparing all looks on set, steaming, taping shoes, etc.
• Note and manage all looks that have been photographed for still life and editorial shoots
• Is expected to handle all stock with care and do everything possible to avoid damages
• Assit in dressing models for the most efficient clothing changes
• We are looking for someone who works well within a team under pressure
• Encouraged to propose editorial stories, concepts and shoot ideas
Skills & Requirements
• This position requires someone who shares our vision and possesses a clear understanding of our brands, style and voice
• Our ideal candidate has a strong sense of personal style and a positive attitude
• Is informed of current runway trends, designers, brands, and industry news
• Attending school for design or has prior work experience in the fashion industry.
