Love taking artistic photos on your iPhone? Love scouring Manhattan for the best fashion finds? Come work for us! We are a fast-growing company that has been featured in major fashion publications such as Glamour and WWD. We are an online community for fashion lovers to share the best shopping spots - think Yelp, but focused on fashion specifically.
We are looking for motivated and responsible interns with photography skills. Pay is $12/hour. Position is part-time and starts at 2 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours based on performance.
YOU MUST...
* Have a great sense of style and be familiar with brands such as Rebecca Minkoff, Botkier, Alexander Wang, Phillip Lim
* Know your way around local boutiques in Manhattan, not just the big names
* Be skilled at taking street style photos of trends and fashion items you find while shopping
* Own an iPhone and be able to come to Manhattan for at least 2 hours per week
HOW TO APPLY
* All candidates must be available to attend an info session and group interview from 12pm - 1pm on Friday Dec 9 at our offices in downtown Manhattan
* Interested candidates must respond by Wednesday Dec 7 at 5pm. Please include the following information.
(1) Your full legal name - needed for building security
(2) A few sentences describing your background and interest in this position
(3) A few sentences describing your personal style. What brands do you shop? Who are your style icons?
(4) Three examples of photos you've taken, preferably of fashion items.
* Selected candidates will be contacted with further details regarding the internship opportunity and interview location
