Showroom Internship
Minimum of 3 days a week. Paid internship. Applicant must be currently based in Los Angeles. Familiar with Excel. Retail experience is a plus.
Internship involves:
-customer service: making calls/emails with style cancellations/swaps/style extensions, taking re-orders
-taking calls and assisting callers with questions
-calling/emailing customers for market appointments
-arranging sample requests for dept store and international
-assisting in collecting payment for accounts
TRAITS
-extremely organized w/ attention to detail
-multi-tasker
-personable--cannot be timid
