Associate positions are full-time, PAID employment opportunities for 6-months (January through June or July through December). Associates will assist with special projects in our Marketing department which includes: Product Development, Market Research/ConsumerInsights, Brand/Franchise Management and Web Operations.


REQUIREMENTS


· Must be available to work full-time for 6-months (January - June or July - December)

· Recent graduates or senior level students only

· You must be able to take one semester or two quarters off from school

· Ideal candidates are majoring within the fields of: Marketing, Product Development & Business Administration with aminor in Marketing, and/ or Communications. Must have knowledgeable skills in Microsoft Excel.

· Ideal candidates will have knowledgeable skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

· Candidates must have strong technical, organizational and communication skills. Candidates with marketing, internship & retail experience a plus


Job Responsibilities


  • The associate would be involved in day-to-day responsibilites of the creative team.

  • Participate in product/creative review of submissions

  • Attend job start meeting

  • The associate will also explore a particular age segment (boys), develop a product point of view against a specific franchise by gathering trend.

  • Prepare a 2D presentation with artwork mocked up in a 2D format and finally present 3D mock ups reflecting the outcome of the research. This project will span the entire length of the internship and will conincide with the day-to-day of creative team member.
