This is a Summer May-July intern position for general assistant support. Support will specifically be for a client in the Social Mobile Gaming market. Intern candidate must be proficient in basic communications and marketing skills (experience/classes a must) as well as the Gaming/iPhone space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Promotional programs
• PR - maintain media lists
• Contact gaming editors
• Troll gaming blogs and forums
• Stay on top of Apps Store
• Research
• Assist with coordinating conference/ trade-show activities
• Manage specialized lists and database
• Brainstorm creative marketing promotions
• Assist with press releases and media pitches
• Provide overall support to marketing executive
• Opportunity to gain onsite experience at tradeshows
• Administrative duties
Job Qualifications:
• Degree in progress
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook
• Proficient with Social Media Marketing and Gaming (iPhone preferably)
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Extremely positive attitude and high energy level
• Self motivated with excellent initiative and follow-through with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
