Details of Internship:
wren is looking for qualified candidates for pr/production/design interns, available to start as soon as possible for 2 to 5 days a week, 10am to 5pm.
Our staff is very small and, therefore, our interns get the opportunity to take on various, key responsibilities. This also makes it imperative that the right candidate be self-motivated, able to work on their own and hard working.
General duties pr:
Update and maintain press list
Track samples (check in/out samples, organize shipments, etc)
Organize and maintain magazine and web archive
Organize press materials (press kits, look book mailings, etc)
Research for upcoming projects and events
Assist with day-to-day office duties
Track celebrity dressing and outreach
Assist with editorial outreach
General production/design duties:
Researching and sourcing fabrics, trims
Keeping inventory organized
Assisting with shipments
Maintaining quality control in garments
Researching and sourcing new production resources
Overall Requirements:
HIgh level of interest in fashion
Must have a great attitude, be pro-active, hard working, ambitious, and ready to learn
Great attention to detail and follow-through
