Job opportunities at Ed Hardy Bag! Great opportunity to work with one of the most successful handbag lines in the market today! Located in the heart of the Downtown Los Angeles Fashion district, Ed Hardy Bag offers an excellent work environment, ideal office space and an outstanding team. We have the following positions available, Graphic Designer / Tech Pack Writer, Customer Service Rep and Internships.

Graphic Designer / Tech Pack Writer - Full Time
Requirements:
Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop,
Thorough understanding of graphic design, trends, merchandising and familiarity with the Ed Hardy brand.
2 plus years work experience in graphic design with a AA degree or higher in design.

Customer Service - Full Time
Ed Hardy Bag is looking for a Customer Service Rep with the following requirements and skills:
Excellent verbal and written skills
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Word and Outlook, AIMS a plus
Excellent follow up skills
Detailed Oriented and ability to multitask
Punctual and Reliable
Enjoys working in a team environment

Job Duties are but not limited to:
Order Entry / Data Entry
Answering Calls
Following up on orders
Processing RA's (Return Authorizations)
Working closely with the Sales Team
Working with Buyers

Internship - Part Time
We are looking for serious candidates who are eager to learn and begin their career in the fashion industry and commit to a minimum of 3 days a week Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 PM.
The internship focuses on the following areas:
Design
Pre-Production
Sales and Customer Relations
Market Research
Planning and Inventory Management

Qualified individuals should possess the following skills:
Excellent verbal and written skills
Hardworking with an eagerness to succeed
Ambitious
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Excellent at multitasking
Team Oriented
