Buying Intern for Intermix (NYC, NY)

Job Description:
Intermix is expanding and is always seeking people with innovative ideas to join the team.

Buying Intern Key accountabilities:
* Provide operational and administrative support to the Assistant Buyer and Buyer
* Input purchase orders and work on special projects, as needed
* Track transfers between stores
* Generate weekly reports and work with the Assistant Buyer to analyze the business
* Identify and research the competition
* Understand target customer by region

Desired Requirements:
* Excellent fashion sense
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and organize efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong excel and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
