Now hiring:
Undergraduate Marketing Position (San Francisco, CA)

This position involves detailed project management and coordination of marketing initiatives that need an offer set-up or campaign planning service.
In this role, you will:

• Track multiple projects, campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
• Manage communication on project set-up and escalate roadblocks as necessary
• Effectively work with team members to provide direction to marketing strategy and offer set-up for successful implementation and future tracking
• Enforce tollgates and timelines to manage production schedules
• Re-engineer processes for optimal efficiency as the opportunity arises

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
• Highly attentive to detail
• Well organized and able to adapt to changes in business direction and shifting priorities
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to succeed under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of marketing
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint and Visio software

Preferred Qualifications:
• Formal training in project management
• Past internship experience in marketing and/or advertising
• Working knowledge of or interest in the credit card and/or financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to forge relationships, collaborate across functional areas, manage by influence, navigate ambiguous situations, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve bottom-line results
