We are specifically looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, able to multitask, great on the phone with a basic knowledge of Excel and Word. Our ideal candidate will assist with lifestyle and design accounts while also taking on the daily office tasks including:
• Industry Research
• Clipping Placements
• Press Kit Development
• Coordinating Mailings
• Building Media Lists
• Event staffing
We are currently looking to hire by the beginning of May and would like a commitment of 3-months and a minimum of 3 days per week (open to working with your schedule).
