An essential Art, Fashion and Lifestyle publication is looking for charismatic PR interns to assist with promotion and marketing of the magazine. The position is unpaid but in return you will gain access to city’s most exclusive parties including such events as the Film Festival and LA Fashion Week.
An intern will be reporting to the Event Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include participating in a variety of events and collecting emails from people attending the events as well as distributing magazine issues and flyers.
You may also be responsible for assisting the team with other tasks on as needed basis.
Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Superb interpersonal and social skills given that you will be interacting with many people
- Charismatic, attractive appearance, and appropriate grooming
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi – task in a fast paced environment
- Experience in event organization and planning is highly desirable but not necessary
This is an amazing opportunity to work with great people and to keep your hand on the pulse of the city, however, please note that you would not be able to self promote.
