The San Ramon Valley Education Foundation is a local non-profit agency serving the San Ramon Valley. This is an unpaid internship. We are currently seeking an intern to assist the Executive Director with daily operations and administration as well as help with our major fundraising event of the year, The Primos Run for Education and an on-line auction. You will learn all aspects of how an on-line auction is organized and produced. We require a minimum of 10 hours a week. Responsibilities include: Draft and mail donor solicitation letters Track and organize donated auction items/draft and mail thank you letters Maintain donor databases in Excel and execute supporter mail drive Assist in creation of marketing materials Daily administrative duties to include: answer phones, email correspondence, maintain office supplies and inventory and basic support to the Program and Operations Manager as needed.
