Jewelry Design Internship
We are a costume jewelry company located in soho. Our design department is currently looking for responsible and motivated interns that can handle a fast paced environment.
Some responsibilities will include the following:
-Unpack and organizing beads and components
-Archiving and putting away samples
-Assisting with boards
-Ordering components and working with designers in studio to help find parts for samples
-Local errands to bead stores, vendors, etc.
-Simple jewelry manipulation
-Scanning styles and images
-Other various design related tasks
*Must have a professional attitude
Although this internship is unpaid, you will benefit by gaining an inside perspective on how a costume jewelry company operates. Since we are a small company, you will quickly learn all aspects of the business. Your tasks here will include everything listed above- no two days will be alike, which makes for an exciting internship!
Preferably three days a week- but we are willing to work with your schedule.
