Bismarck Phillips Communication & Media (BPCM) is a fashion PR firm based in New York, with additional offices in Los Angeles, Paris and London. BPCM represents a number of high-end fashion, beauty and accessories clients, including Lanvin, Brian Atwood, Preen Escada, Hugo Boss, Current/Elliott and many more.
BPCM is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic interns for our Los Angeles office. Typical intern duties consist of organizing and maintaining the showroom, sample trafficking, updating and maintaining credits, mailings, giftings and assisting with all the day-to-day workings of the office. Interns are expected to work hard and take the position seriously.
General Qualifications:
Must be highly detail-oriented, ambitious, organized, resourceful and have excellent communication skills. Interns must be able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Picture Manager, in addition to possessing an interest in fashion and luxury goods. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and social media strongly preferred.
Interns are needed to start as soon as possible and must be able to work at least 3-4 days/week for a minimum of 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is interested in the public relations and/or fashion industry. The internship is unpaid but school credit is available upon request.
