Location:

Our 12 week Summer Internship Program is held at the Lands’ End corporate headquarters in Dodgeville, WI. Dodgeville is a community of about 4,000 that offers charming restored buildings with plenty of stores, specialty shops, restaurants and professional services. Nearby Governor Dodge State Park is Wisconsin’s largest with over 5,000 scenic acres, two lakes, and a waterfall.

In contrast, located just 45 minutes from Dodgeville is Madison. Madison is a progressive, cosmopolitan city of 200,000 and home to the prestigious University of Wisconsin as well as the state capital. With four lakes and over 200 parks, it is one of the nation’s most scenic cities. Popular events in Madison include the Farmer’s Market, Blues Fest, the Taste of Madison, and Concerts on the Square. Madison is also consistently ranked as one of the nation’s safest and best cities in which to live, work, play and raise a family.

Graduate Internships Overview:

As a growing retailer, Lands’ End is continuously employing new business strategies to meet and exceed the desires of customers. As a Graduate level intern, you will not only lead practical business projects with measurable deliverables, building a business case that includes identifying opportunities, researching best practices and benchmarking, performing market analysis, and developing market strategies, you will also make recommendations and present your findings to senior leadership. You will work alongside many of our top leaders on projects and initiatives key to our business success. In addition, you will analyze current processes and make recommendations to find greater efficiencies. Your work will have a lasting impact on the future success of our business.

Successful Graduate interns possess the following qualities:

  • Pursuing a graduate degree and have 2 years experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, a relationship-builder with demonstrated project management skills
  • Experienced in developing presentations and summarizing findings.
