Summer Retail sales and merchandising
• Learning how to implement all corporate visual merchandising direction
• Become skilled to maintain visual standards for stores within the field
• Gain knowledge of how to train, coach and develop visual abilities, product and seasonal programs to Sales Associates and store management
• Gain knowledge of how to align our brand strategies to drive the profitability of a product
• Assist the regional coordinators in identifying business growth opportunities at the store level through visual merchandising, store sales and store relationship opportunities
• *Ideal student will be interested in retail management*
Qualifications:
-Student MUST Receive credit
-Full time from June - August
-prior experience in the industry is a plus!
