Graphic Deisn Intern Needed (Fresno)

My company is a Fresno-based graphic design/marketing communications firm that is looking to hire a team of 2-3 talented graphic design interns with experience creating web-oriented design elements using Macromedia's Flash. Basic video editing and production skills are a plus and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Dreamwever are a must. Ultimately, the ability to put out interesting and compelling Flash animation is the core competency we are looking for. The internships are not meant to be a permanent position (even though I may decide to eventually hire an intern). The goal I have for this internship is to offer the support and guidance necessary for an individual skilled in design to become a seasoned freelance designer. This is a paid, hourly intership, with somewhat flexible work schedule.
