Productivity, Inc., a boutique Public Relations firm currently based in North Hollywood / Universal City, seeks a summer intern to assist with consumer products clients (no entertainment or fashion). Duties will include media outreach, coordinating and preparing editorial clippings, managing media contacts, preparing press kits, etc.
Must have good communication/people skills, be comfortable speaking on the phone, and have a genuine interest in public relations, as the position could lead to a full-time position. Recent graduates (with a degree in PR, communications or marketing) or students studying PR or communications are preferred.
This is a great opportunity for someone beginning or interested in pursuing a career in public relations to gain hands- on experience in a friendly and energetic atmosphere.
Roughly 10 - 20 hours a week. Only local candidates please.
