Glam Media is looking for summer interns! Are you a detail oriented, deadline driven, perfectionist who thrives on challenge and absorbing new information? Do you know you’re going to run your own business someday and need experience across the board in Operations, Sales, Production, Editorial, Product Development, Marketing and Finance but are unsure of where to start? Join Glam’s Ad Operations department and experience the inner workings of a high growth internet business from the team that works at the heart of the business model and is responsible for driving profitability, loyalty and growth in the advertiser base. Being a Glam Ad Operations intern means being a fully integrated member of our team, as part of this program, interns will receive ongoing mentorship and training. All internships require a commitment of a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Ad Campaign Intern: Responsible for reviewing, processing and implementing sales quotes and contracts (IOs) as well as general support of Ad Operations team. This position involves sales, client and editorial support.
Responsibilities
• Process all submitted IOs in a timely manner according to workflow guidelines
• Coordinate internally with AdOps & Sales to implement online ad campaigns
• Communicate with Sales regarding missing or non-functional creative assets
• Analysis of campaign performance via MS Excel
• Provide recommendation on product performance to internal teams
Additional Qualifications
• Proactive and highly organized - ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Interest in learning interactive media advertising and the internet
• Project / account management and customer service experience preferred
• Experience with HTML, Macromedia Flash, Javascript preferred
Ad Quality Assurance Intern: Responsible for testing all ad creatives according to established QA checklist, procedure and guidelines.
Responsibilities
• General testing of online ad creatives to support the AdOps team
• Report bugs and testing status to non-technical users
• Make recommendations on potential solutions
• Assist with documentation of tests, procedures, and technology implementation
Additional Qualifications
• High interest in Quality Assurance and/or client service
• Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, Flash, and/or web coding concepts a plus
• Experience with Quality Assurance, version tracking, or ticketing software a plus
