  Spring/Summer 2010 INTERNSHIP POSITION
  Melissa Rubini’s studio is seeking motivated, creative, and detail-oriented fashion interns for the Spring/Summer 2010 semester. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited university at which they are eligible to receive credit for the internship.

  In this internship you will participate in the creation of a brand/collection from inspiration to store opening. You must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  An interest in working in fashion is key as this opportunity allows for a great amount of experience.

  Prospective interns must work 2-5 days/week but we have flexible working hours/days to accommodate to your classes.
  This is a non paid internship.
  Prospective interns must be pro-active, organized and well spoken.
  Duties include assisting:
  -Creating swatch/flats notebooks for new collection
  -Trim/fabric sourcing
  -Manage sample process
  -Manufactures sourcing
  -Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned
  -Assisting with inspiration, research and detailed flat sketching
  -Updating/compiling information for tech packs
  -visual merchandising development
