Karla Otto Inc. is a leading fashion public relations firm with offices in Milan, Paris, London, New York, and Los Angeles. We are currently seeking part-time and full-time interns for the spring semester in our New York office located in West Chelsea. The offices of Karla Otto represent highly respected European and American clients such as Chanel, Christian Dior, Celine, Hussein Chalayan, Marni, and Thakoon. Interns will be assisting both the pressroom and logistics departments.
Daily responsibilities include:
-managing and organizing the company showroom
-clothing sample organization and tracking
-magazine clipping and scanning
-basic office tasks
We ask that you have good communication and organization skills, a great work ethic, ability to work efficiently, and a can-do attitude. You will be working with a very welcoming and friendly office that is eager to share their knowledge of the industry.
Overall, this internship opportunity will be a great way to gain insight into the fast-paced and exciting world of fashion. Experience is a plus, however, we always welcome anyone who is eager to learn and work hard for the sake of fashion.
