Meece Media is a boutique public relations firm serving a list of clients that spans from pediatrics to the fashion industry. Our firm seeks an intern to begin as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for an organized, motivated individual to learn the ropes of public relations and media, right in the heart of the industry. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an UNPAID internship, though we can offer school credit and a lunch stipend.
Required Skills:
-Top-notch communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Cision, Photoshop (a plus, but not required)
Duties Include:
-Creating and maintaining media lists
-Organizing/ordering office supplies
-Assisting with media outreach
-Answering phones
-Mailings, and additional administrative tasks
* Compensation: college credit and lunch stipend
