We own and manage several of our own online stores with a current emphasis in the women's fashion, wedding favors, baby gifts, and party supplies industries. As part of our brand proposition, customer care is not only important for our success, it’s vital. We believe that a company’s brand isn’t just a color scheme and a logo, but rather the entire customer experience. It all starts with a friendly voice over the phone.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer care
• Phone support
• Email support
• Data entry
• Shipping, receiving, fulfillment and invoicing
• Product packing
• Office management
• Warehouse management

This could lead to a full-time, paid position in the following areas:

1. Warehouse/Shipping (manage the warehouse, orders, and shipping)
2. Accounts/Buyer (manage our vendor accounts and wholesalers)
3. Customer Care (manage our customer care representatives)

You should have a good understanding of the following:

• The internet
• Word
• Excel
• Outlook

Experience in any of the following areas is a big bonus, but not required:

• UPS World Ship software
• QuickBooks
• Writing skills

Remember, first and foremost, we are seeking someone who is a fast learner, eager to take on multiple projects, and good with people. You will need to help our customers with answering product questions, explain our policies, and in some cases, manage a frustrated customer whose shipment was late. Primarily, you will be helping our operations manager.

We would like to arrange an unpaid internship arrangement in which we can evaluate your performance for one month. If there is a good fit, we will offer a (paid) full-time position, following the internship period.
