Fast growing boutique sized firm needs Entry Level Assistants to the Director of Marketing. This position provides both support to the Director as well as promoting the firm in the marketplace through direct and indirect marketing.
Duties: Must have car for marketing calls as well as the ability to interface with marketing leads in person. Management of CRM Software (data entry), internet research for Leads, Press kit and promotional material organization, assembly and distribution is also necessary. Follow-ups and other general office duties will be asked of you.
This is an entry level position with great possibilities for promotion within our firm. This is an image conscious business - all employees are representatives of the company!

Sparkling and vivacious personality, image conscious - interested in wardrobe and fashion, good with people, word, strong excel skills, detail oriented, self starter, team player, excellent phone skills, and organized. Excellent communication skills for one-on-one marketing meetings required as well as ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to our growing environment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or working towards Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Business, and Communication degrees preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered.
Part Time or Full Time. Medical Benefits. Compensation: DOE 13-18/hr
