We are a boutique, full-service public relations agency specializing in branding, publicity, and special events for our wide range of clients including fashion, retail, technology, professional, service industries, entertainment, high-profile individuals and non-profit organizations. We work with both regional and national brands across the spectrum.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic intern to join us in our office daily to support our team. The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday , 4-6 hours a day, and a six month commitment is required. Ideal candidate is an extremely detail oriented, organized, and energetic individual who is able to work effectively both independently and also as part of a team. WRITING SKILLS ARE A MUST. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are essential to this position. Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and familiarity with Mac’s and PC’s a must. We are looking for someone who can maintain efficiency under pressure and truly be able to hit the ground running.

Intern’s duties will include general office support, research, guest list and database management, drafting and preparing correspondence, assisting in event planning, attending and assisting in event operations, writing and distributing press releases, invitations, and announcements, and coordinating pre- and post-event communications, etc. This internship will expose you to real public relations, you will be hands on with accounts and clients. This is often unheard of for internships. This opportunity offers unbeatable hands-on exposure to the exciting and faced paced world of PR.

This is an unpaid internship that will not offering an employment position once the internship is commenced. A reference and recommendation will certainly be provided for an impressive performance. What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for fashion savvy college women who are interested in gaining fashion and online marketing/PR experience to serve as a StyleHop Community Manager.

THIS IS A PART-TIME THREE MONTH INTERNSHIP

BravoBride is an exciting, online start-up focused on the bridal industry. We are a growing business and looking for a college senior or recent graduate. BravoBride is the largest online marketplace where brides and newlyweds can buy and sell new and pre-owned wedding items, from designer wedding dresses and jewelry to shoes, favors, reception items and more. Candidates need to have knowledge or an interest in wedding fashion, products and vendors. The candidates must be familiar with the Internet, blogging, marketing and social networks.

Intern will receive hands-on experience in a variety of marketing projects such as online promotions, email and print direct mail, social networking, PR and advertising.

Responsibilities including:

  • Researching and building lists of potential marketing and vendor partners and customer prospects
  • Preparing and managing email campaigns
  • Assisting with customer service: returning inquiry calls, sending relevant materials, database maintenance for direct mail etc.
  • Helping devise a social networking marketing strategy and participating in social networks on behalf of BravoBride
  • Tracking effectiveness of various marketing activities
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Internet, social networks and proficiency with Microsoft required
  • Should be able to work independently, organize and prioritize work, juggle several projects at once, have a keen eye for detail
  • Must use a positive, proactive, solution-oriented approach to problems
  • Must be outgoing, with strong verbal and written communication skills
