Warby Parker Customer Experience Summer Intern

The Warby Parker Intern Program is designed to give super talented individuals a thorough understanding of operations at a high-growth start-up. Under the supervision of senior members of the Customer Experience team, interns will have a direct impact on the company’s success through customer interactions, process improvements and special projects, while being exposed to all functional areas of the business.

Your responsibilities:
  • Support our Customer Experience team in providing “knock your socks off customer service” in person and over e-mail
  • Process customer orders effectively and efficiently
  • Develop new processes to improve Warby Parker’s ability to serve customers
  • Work on special projects that align personal interests with company needs
What we’re looking for:
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

  • Experience with customers— and terrific customer service skills

Details and compensation:
This is a 10-week, full-time internship program, starting in June. The average workweek is Mon-Fri 9am-6pm—but we’re flexible, and happy to work around your summer schedule.

Compensation: This is a paid internship. For outstanding performers, there is also the possibility that your internship will result in a full-time employment offer. (Woo-hoo!)
