PAID INTERN FOR MARKETING!



Prospect Mortgage, a nationwide leading direct lender, is seeking a part time marketing intern for our Santa Barbara branch offices. The position will be approximately 20 hours per week and will work alongside the branch manager and current marketing director. The ideal candidate has or is seeking marketing experience and has an interest in both real estate and finance. Great communication skills are a must and familiarity with MS Office products, especially Excel is required. We would like this position to lead into longer term employment and to spark interest in real estate finance to help create a career path.

Duties Include:
-Managing and leveraging existing databases to grow consumer contacts
-Data processing using our proprietary automatic market program
-Managing a unique online marketing and home search tool
-Maintaining contact with clients through both email and phone calls (no cold calling)
-Coordinate with corporate marketing dept. and compliance on all new marketing materials.

Candidate:
-Current student in either business, economics, marketing, or combination of both
-Flexible schedule
-Outgoing personality who isn't afraid to ask questions and learn
-Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
-This is a paid internship.

We are currently 1 of 2 branches in the US that are looking for an intern for this beta phase intern position. If successful, the candidate will have helped implement a company wide shift in marketing technique.
