Boutique fashion and beauty PR firm is looking for a summer intern to assist 1 or 2 days per week.
Duties will include compiling media lists, email blasts, internet research, updating facebook and twitter, updating editorial calendars, researching beauty, fashion and style blogs, product sample send outs, some event management assistance, drafting press release, and other general office duties.
The position is unpaid but lunch will be provided. This is the chance to work for a small, informal PR firm in Brooklyn and learn the ropes.
Must love fashion, beauty and pop culture. Experience with Cision Media Source preferred but not essential, we can teach you. We are looking for somone who wants to break into PR and a fabulous phone manner doesn't hurt. This is a casual office environment so we want someone who is fun and has a sense of humor.
