The Wholesale Intern will support the Wholesale Team in all aspects including stock management, client relations, training and product knowledge, and report analysis.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of buying tools for market by client
Assist in the showroom during New York Sales campaigns
Assist in the creation of in store selling tools
Track Wholesale/Boutique sample collection; assist in Trunk Show planning, logistics and preparation
Assist in preparation of internal reports and requests for information from Finance
Establish and maintain binders for: Selling reports, Shipping reports, Return Authorizations, Training materials library, Policies and Procedures, Standard forms

Spring 2011 Visual Merchandising Internship
The Visual Presentation Intern will be responsible for working with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain the visual presentation direction and standards for Dior. The intern will be responsible for assisting the team with the upkeep of visual standards in both the corporate office and in the flagship location.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Executing floor plans with Manager of Visual Presentation
Assist in managing the merchandising concerns expressed by stores and senior management
Execute window changes and floor changes at flagship locations

The Retail Operations Intern will support the Retail Development team in all aspects of sales and operations for the North American boutiques. Responsibilities will include the following:

The Merchandise Intern will be responsible for working with the Merchandising team to maintain the integrity of the department’s inventory. The intern will be responsible for assisting the Team in insuring all purchase orders and cancellations are placed correctly, returns and transfers completed as needed, and special requests processed.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Event Execution
Assist the team with all upcoming events
Act as representative of Dior and point person at event for guests, caterers, models and other vendors

Table set up and related event preparation

Assist team with vendor relations and follow up

Assist the Vice President and Coordinator on any other day to day tasks with precision and accuracy.
