Chic Little Devil Style House and online boutique is seeking interns to start as soon as possible. We are located in downtown LA in the fashion district, walking distance from FIDM. We have a 9,000 square foot space that has rooftop balconies that have great views of the city, which we utilize for photo shoots and various events. We are a cool and fun staff, but you'll be expected to work hard here too. Chic Little Devil is a rapidly growing company that deals with the city’s best wardrobe stylists, photographers, producers, editors and LA’s elite and celebrities. We are the ultimate one stop shop and concierge for fashion.

This is an unpaid academic or experience only internship. We are in need of hard working self starters that can keep up with a fast paced environment. Interns are expected to work 1-3 day(s) a week from the hours of 10:00am to 6:30pm . This is a four month commitment in which each intern that completes the internship with no more than one missed scheduled day, will receive a $200 gift certificate to our showroom merchandise!!! :) Your duties for the internship can include everything from styling photo shoots, organizing and hanging clothes, helping on buying runs and at market week, making coffee :), straightening and cleaning, contacting stylists etc etc.

Not sure what you would like to do in the Fashion Industry? Well, this is your chance to experience a little of everything! Diane’s is looking for an ambitious and energetic individual that would like to explore the world of fashion by assisting our Director of Marketing with several projects. Seeking a reliable, stylish, motivated and hands-on intern/assistant to work for top "Eco" luxury retail website based in LA. Tasks include everything from writing press releases to shipping out orders & press requests to assisting the CEO with shopping/research, photoshoots, interior design projects and errand-running. There is also potential for you to be a columnist for the company's eco-chic blog. This is a part time position... 1-2 days per week, flexible. PLEASE be clever & self-motivated... we don't have the time nor inclination to hold hands. We will teach and answer questions for sure, but please do be able to handle simple tasks on your own.

Must be computer savvy (and savvy all the way around), have own laptop and access to a car. This position promises to be fun, highly informative and a great starting point for the right person looking for a career in fashion, interior design, high-end retail and/or public relations. Responsibilities would include:
- Assisting stylists, celebrities and magazine editors on a daily basis.
- Checking clothing samples in and out of the showroom for shoots with models and celebs.

Qualifications:

Current TV’s Human Resources team is looking for an on-site 2009 Summer student intern who has a strong interest in news, editing, journalism, and employee relations. This is a San Francisco, CA based un-paid internship. You must be eligible to receive university credit for this position.

Fashion Design Summer Internship (mission district)

Vagadu is an innovative clothing line that draws inspiration from fine art to create one-of-a-kind fashion pieces with reclaimed fabrics. Intern will help assemble and have creative input on the design of the fall collection under the supervision of Artistic Director.

Responsibilities for Design Intern include but are not limited to: flat patterning, draping, sewing & assembling clothing articles, hand sewing, creating accessories, mending and finishing garments. Note: All applicants MUST have experience working with fine fabrics.
