Seeking a part-time, 3 days a week, fashion designer intern (for school credit and some pay) for established women's contemporary dress line (gadogado), based in Los Angeles . Prefer a student from FIDM or other fashion design school/program.
This is not a high paying job. Its for someone looking to build their experience and resume.
Must have experience/knowledge of designing drapey, contemporary, edgy styles.
Must be familiar with jersey and silk fabrics as well as good with color combinations and prints. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must!
Our line has similarities to lines like Rachel Pally & Butter by Nadia but with a different flare and unique prints. Please check out their websites and do some research before responding to this ad.
Looking for someone that has a great attitude, willing to work hard, organized, willing to take direction, creative and can really think outside the box. Someone who is looking to grow as a designer.
