S.H.E. (Sugar Hooker Entertianment), an all girl run and owned multi platform lifestyle brand incorporating clothing, media, and community is looking for a graphic design intern with an eye for fashion.

Students in any field related to art, fashion, or graphic design welcome as long as you are comfortable working in a strictly digital format. This is a very hands-on position designed for someone who already has the skill set and knowledge but looking for the experience to put it to use and build a portfolio.
Must be self-sufficient, reliable, detail-oriented, resourceful and willing to take initiative. This position could be an artist’s playground for a person who takes it seriously in an environment where creative expression is not only encouraged, but expected!

MUST be competent in creating vector-based graphic files in Illustrator.
Extensive Photoshop skills are also a huge plus for creating detailed photo-realistic product mockups.
Must be able to create an accurate visual representation of someone else’s idea, but will at times be encouraged to propose own design concepts to follow through with as well.

Any video editing experience or interest would be a huge plus as we have a backlog of fun and interesting content just waiting for some love and attention.

Responsibilities and possible projects may include:
- Textile Design
- Product Mockups (Primarily clothing, accessories, novelty items)
- Creating manufacturing specs for products to be made
- Resizing images according to specific guidelines, emailing, uploading to FTP servers
- Designing product catalogs
- Creating stimulating product presentations
- Event flyers
- Web banners
- Maintaining file organization
- Developing sales presentation materials in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Assisting from pre-production to post-production of photo shoots (brainstorming design concepts, assisting with logistics of shoot itself, and retouching photos to create the final product)

Must have proficiency in (on a Mac platform):
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Microsoft Office

Must be:
- CREATIVE!
- Comfortable switching project focus at any time to bounce between projects as needed, or take one project in a different direction when instructed
- Willing to take direction, but more importantly, take initiative!
- Able to follow spec guidelines to prepare a print-ready file (by having an understanding of DPI, CMYK vs. RGB, trim, bleed, etc.)
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented (spelling and grammar is important too!)
- Able to create and propose a project concept for approval and see it through to completion in a timely manner
